You gimme joke man

Watching a certain movie (or maybe just the part where Jack dies in Titanic) or some CDs that get you in an emotional state (when your heart skips a beat and the hairs on your arm stand on end) - you'd probably be at your peak for making your best sh!t.

certain scales and modes (read up on music theroy) will generate these pshycoacoustic feelings ur describing. Like a minor chord is sad, a major chord is happy and chessy. certain pitches trigger responses in ur brain that generate emotions.
