geocities.com is free, but there's a 3GB/month limit and you cant remote link, and it's a bag 'o shite.
Dont you have any free web space with your ISP - most give at least 10MB with no official data transfer limits and are okay with remote linking

Do they own publishing rights to your tracks? I seem to remember MP3.com have some pretty evil clauses in their contracts, as do most of these online music sites?
