Route samples out, then record back in?

Hi folks,

Imagine this:

I have a sample being triggered on a pad.

When i hit that sample, i want it to ONLY be sent to a physical output (so, not heard on the main mix).

I'll then route it through some analog gear (Eurorack modular), and then back into an MPC input.

And THAT is what i want to hear in my main mix!

Could anyone tell if that's possible, and if so, how to go about it?
