hello
sorry if the topic already exists, I tried to find it but I didn't
I've got an MPC one.
I would like to controll several tracks with one, in a way that each pad of my program could control some pad I decide in others track. For exemple :
- track1pgm1pad1 controls track2pgm2pad1 ;
- track1pgm1pad2 controls track3pgm2pad1 ;
- track1pgm1pad3 controls track2pgm2pad2 ;
etc
The reason for that is that I need several CV tracks to control just one device (so that the kick is on a track, the snare on another one... not very convenient). I also would like to play samples and CVs with one unique pgm.
I noticed that there is a "send to" function in the tracks, but it allows to control only one track.
I think that it could be possible with MIDI control, possibly using a MIDI cable connecting MIDI IN and MIDI out ports. Possibly with virtual connections... It's probably not difficult but I don't understand well the MIDI functions of the MPC.
It would be great if someone can helps me
Thx
