Voice Changer effect

Hi guys,

I see devices on Amazon for podcasting and livestreaming which have voice changers that can change your voice through a connected mic to sound like a male, female, baby or monster etc.
Is anyone doing anything like this on their MPC? How are you doing it?
Is there an effect on the MPC Live which can do this?
