How can I create bass lines for my tracks?

I have made a few sequences on my MPC1K and I want BASS.
(i.e. track 1 - drums, track 2 - vinyl sample, track 3 - percussion, track 4 - B-A-S-S).[/i]

either filter the sample and use that or find some bass sounds and put it on 16 levels though im not sure if the 1k has it...

The 1k has 16 levels. You can build a your own sub bass lines with a simple sine sample.

Yes, sample in some PURE bass samples (just bass) and play it over the 16 levels function. Takes some practice but soon you will be bangin out them basslines nonstop.
