Simple Setups

My setup is a Gemini XL-500II turntable with a Shure M447, a Numark BlueDog mixer, an Akai MPC2000, an HP pavillion Computer, a whole lotta records, and Goldwave as a music editor. I may just be being stupid, but most folks have lots more gear than this maybe a compressor over here, a multitrack over there, some rack samplers and etc. My setup is much more simpler, but I am making top notch beats. Do you think it is possible if I added some more equipment my beats would be even better??

Your beats are only as good as you are. Gear is just for how you like to work.

my set up is listed below..I'm happy with it and love my music. Its really about you, not the gear.

Im not good, Im baaaaad, but my beats are hot, but only because i have a dooooooooooope ear for samples, like kanye west, however the beats ive made on my mpc are wack and im gettin pisssssssed off
