Time stretching on MPC 2000 and sampling?

How do you use the time stretching option on a MPC 2000? I also wanted to know how do you take a sampled baseline sound that was sampled from the MP and make that baseline sound be able to be structured throughout all of the keys of a motif keyboard so you can have the baseline on the motif keys.

mpc 2000 does not timestretch.

You can only spread a sample over 2 octave of a keyboard. All you need to do is create a program with 24 copies of the sample and tune em all so you have the range of 2 octaves.
