Note repeat

In what ways do you guys use note repeat in your sequences?

I use it for drum rolls or drum fills. Usually with "full level" turned off.

Filter sweeps, echoes, and when I'm being lazy and don't feel like tappin the pad over, and over, and over...

I forgot about being lazy- yeah, its also a good way to lay a bunch of high-hats- just set the quantizing to 8th notes (or whatever you want), press button and snooooze...
