Sound Forge 6 Studio

what are the advantages of having this program?....and how much should i pay for this item?........

I have Sound Forge 6 and it's alright. I use it for wav editing and if I ever sample from CDs, I usually record and edit my samples in Sound Forge before bringing them to my MPC. Mine was a gift so I don't know how much it goes for, but what do you think you'd use it for?

i really got some info from sonic foundry and their customer service is really *hitty.....i got most of the info i need.....but what are the useful features that sound forge 6.0 has?....i asked this because the studio version is a smaller version of SF 6.0 and has less features

can i receive some help from SF users?.......i think i would know just as much or more than someone who doesn't know own it........

the way i use it, i sample much faster on it than the mpc, i chop the samples up there put em on a floppy and load, also u could freak the ish out of a sample's parameters, i recorded my self sayin oooooooooooh messed with the parameters chopped it up and made a beat out of the crazy ass sounds that came out, u just gotta play around with it.

thaz cool....do you have the full version or the studio? i was wondering if i should buy the studio or the full version...cuz i don't know how useful the other features will be to be me....so help me out......thanx for your info so far

That program is the bomb, trust me you will grow to love it. You can anything and everything to your samples in there. I use it to add effects to my samples and to bring up the volumes if something is to low. You can also master and compress in there. It is a great sample editing program. Also, I know somebody who uses it to make acapellas, there is a way to take out all the music from a track and just leave the vocal in there although I don't know how to do it

man thanx.......i have been waiting a decent answer for a minute now...and i got my hands on SF 5.0 but have not got a chance to use it yet.........is the features you are talking about on the full version or studio?

I have the studio version and I have all of that. If you want I can give it to you.
