how do you sample tracks digital from pro tools digi rack 02

i just got it. hook up your s/pdif to the out of your digi rack [or what ever u use] then take the s/pdif wire & put it in your mcp's digital input then change your input on your mpc from analog to digital and start doen your thing o ya in pro tools hardware change your sample rate to 41.1khz also when ya add a track change the analog 1&2 to the s/pif then go
