I'm not sure, but I think if you normalize all the tracks to the Db level then they should be on the same level.

this might sound newbish "it does" but do you mean mix all the tracks "with a gap in between and do it?

or seperatly and should i do it at 100,75,or 50%??

he means open each track individualy in CEP and normalize them to the same level, -1db for example. This wont necessarily make them all sound as if they have the same volume though, if the dynamics are too far apart for each track normalizing them will only make them all "peak" at the same level, it won't make them all have the same over all dynamic volume............

this is why pro mixers and mastering houses get paid the big bucks

what i would do is if i only have a 2-3 song sampler, i would put them together (with the 2 second gap between them) and then throw a maximizer and normalizer on top of it. i know that sounds like a contradiction but the maximizer will bring everything up then the normalizer will bring everything back down to a certain peak point.

anything more than 3 songs i would have to go a different route.
