??Pro Tools Question??

I got this echo effect on a sample and it pans from speaker to speaker the problem is when I bounce it on a CD I still get the echo it just doesn't pan from speaker to speaker. I record it in Stereo on Pro Tools and it sounds fine on the playback but when I play it back on itunes the panning effect doesn't work. Any advice??
