Midi Help.

Ok I have a Akai S1000, MPC 1000 , and Soon a Yamaha AW16G and a Alesis S4. How can I hook these all up via midi? The mpc has two midi ins and outs. The alesis and the s1000 have 1 in/out/thru. I want to control everything with my mpc. But also I will have a Midi Ontroller hooked up to the S4. Help Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :?

I don(t know what an S4 is but i'll suggest, let say,
mpcMIDI outA>>MIDI in Contrler/ mpcMIDI in1>>> MIDIout Controler.
MIDIThru Controler>>MIDIin S1000>>MIDIThruS1K>>>MIDIin S4 (?)
mpcMIDI outB sending MTC >>> AW16G MIDIin.
