(MOTU) Audio Interface , mp4k and motif sound module OPTICAL

i dont have this setup yet im getting the money for it right now so How would i hook up my mpc and motif rck es to the motu interface via optical inputs and how would i set it up to track from the mpc and also the motif at the same time i think i know how to hook it up but im not sure if its right

mpc 4k out to motu in then motu out to motif in then motif out to mpc in is that right so now what setting should i have to track at ounce tracks from the mp and motif.

i have my mpc already i just need to buy that optical board
