hi i read the manual and did not understand it really. i wanted to know if anybody could break it down for me. i have a mpc-2k and i want to connect it to the mbox how would that be done? thanks for your help...

i thought it had to be connected by midi my set-up i have a triton Le connect midi to the mpc-2k.

does your mbox even have midi connections

he got the new MBox, the MBox 2...until he gets that one, he'll have to use some USB Midi Cables to go into the MPC

and even that wont get any audio from his MPC to the mbox

coooo, u confusing me now.... u already explained to him how to hook the audio portion of it up... well ya just told how rather, which is like tieing your shoes...... the MIDI is just for sending the MIDI info and syncing up

U said you HAVE a triton le and 2k, u never said you HAVE an mbox.

The mbox manual has pics of the connections, no?

sorry, for the miss understanding i do have a mbox1 i just want to make sure that i connect everthing right that all my bad i have used mbox for vocal at a friends house but never with a the mpc. and i asked about midi cuz i just thought it would work like that sorry. you guys were about to bite my head off but thanks for your help.
