Itunes does it automatically...in preferences you can choose what type of mp3 u want..192kb, 128kb, 256kb etc

I can't do it for some reason. I bounced a file from protools that is saved as a .wav....but when I go to open it, it says that it's not a valid session file.

anyway, for this same reason i think that itunes won't recognize it....

itunes should do it no prob......if itunes wont do it its prolly an issue with the file and not the player

word, Itunes worked, I guess i bounced it at too high 24 vs. 16 the first time and it wouldn't work

iTunes will play 24bit files just don't double click it or pro tools will try and open it as a session, drag and drop it in to iTunes, or control click and select open with..
