Wassup y'all
I can't seem to figure out why I cannot hear my soloed midi tracks once finished recording from my 1k to PT LE 6.9. I recorded a midi keyboard melody into PT and had no problem soloing and getting an audio track. I do have a problem though soling my mpc midi data once its into pro tools, for some reason I can't hear the midi sound source (with auxilary track soloed as well in case you're wondering)...all I get is the mpc sequence playing back. I tried turning off Midi Beat clock for the mpc in Pro Tools and it didnt' work. I also tried changing some of the sync settings in my 1k thinking the 'EXT' is the source of the problem. I'm using an m-audio 8X8 midi sport and have EVERYTHING patched using the 1k's ins and outs along with my fantom in and out to the midisport. I called digidesign and they're telling me I have to turn off beat clock, which I did, its just sh@t's messed up and its frustrating. Any help would be greatly 'preciated. Like i said, its working well with my fantom, its just I cant get the mpc soloed midi tracks to audio..
