Keyboard-MPC Sync problems

did anyone encounter problems sync-ing between your MPC and keyboard.
Keyboard was able to trigger the internal sounds from the MPC but couldn't detect the internal sounds from the keyboard.

I'm using the Alesis QS7, does anyone have the same model, need help on this one.

please elaborate on how u have it set up.... such as do u have both going into a mixer so u can hear both as u play them? or tell us how are u hearing both and have then synced Midi wise
