problems with program

can u help me?
I assign program BIG.pgm to memory to drum 1.
next I go to the main screen and change the name of track 1 to 'kick'. now down the screen I put S:DRUM1:OFF BIG. pads are working. Now I do REC + PLAY START. The metronom works but when I push any pad there is no sound and down the screen changes: S: DRUM1:OFF New Pgm-A.

why is this? and what can I do to play pads?

otherwise I will put this box through my window... it gets me angry because i feel helpless...
