Recording MIDI notes in Pro Tools

I have my MPC hooked up to Pro Tools but the MPC is only recieving the notes that are going out, I want Pro Tools to be able to read the MIDI notes coming in from the MPC.

Hope that made sense, I searched the forums but I couldnt find anything.
