When I track out my drums and keyboards sounds into Pro Tools, all the volumes are at different levels and everything needs to be adjusted in every track of every beat.

How can I minimize tweaking the volume on my beats tracks?

well mixing takes time and skill. the better u r, the easier and quicker it gets. there is no such thing as insta-track. making good music is an investment in time and if u can't afford take the time and learn what is needed then perhaps u should rethink you interest in it.
