MIDI experts

I'm new to MIDI and was wondering if someone can help me to set up a MIDI keyboard into Pro Tools to trigger sounds via Sample Tank.
I already have my MPC linked to the MBOX and it working great.

Then in Pro tools set the midi to the soundcard name (in and Out) which if you have your keyboard hooked up right you should be able to trigger sounds. Make sure keyboard out is going to in of the soundcard,and the in to the out of the soundcard.
