Recording/Microphones

Alright, so I would ultimately like to start recording lyrics and verses on all my beats. Any recomendations for a microphone to get, something good quality, but nothing super expensive (a few hundred max) I also want any input on techniques or issues people are running into when they are recording at home. Any suggestions or help?

If you search the posts you'll find a whole lot of threads similar to this....Mics haven't changed much in the past year so all the prior threads will still be relevant...
PS most of the threads conclude you should listen to a bunch of mics and then pick what you like.....
