loading drumset into cubase???

I managed to save my midi files. How do I load the drumset into cubase. There must be a way bacause it takes ages to connect the single sounds to the correct device...

What is the differece between midi0 and midi1 ???

the pgm file is created if you save all sounds like a drumkit
