Filters?

I'm looking to buy a processor to accompany my MPC and the point being is to be able to filter out Highs to give me some tight bass sounds. So the question being does anyone recommend what I should look into to be able to do this. BTW I am looking for analog filters to give me that nice thick and warm sound.

Get a wave editor and some analog modeling plugins if you wanna go the software route.

My suggestion is Sound Forge along w/ Virtos plugins.

Virtos is specifically designed for filtering.

I use it and it's NICE.

MFC, Electrix Filter Factory, Sherman filterbank (much $$ Tho)

and for just a simple great filter, Frostwave Resonator.
