AutoSync feature?? Help !

On the mpc2500

Is there a way to chop a sample into 16 pieces and have each of the 16 samples on the pads automatically sync with the master tempo?

like a time auto sync feature, where as long as I have the original bpm of the sample(s) set in my parameters it will stay in sync with the beat,

for example; If i slow dow the tempo the sounds on all the pads get stretched; or if i speed up the tempo the samples i played on the pads will speed up to stay in tempo

or another example; say I have 4 samples on 4 pads, each sample is set to 90 bpm each, also the master tempo is 90 bpm, then i record a sequence using those samples, now say that now i wanna change my tempo to 80 bpm, will the samples in that track stretch with the tempo change

i know its not patch phrase, could that be autochromatic timing?? Whatever it is im talking about would probably be linked to chop shop, i know my fantom x has this auto sync feature but what about the mpc2500

All i wanna know if samples stay in sync with the master tempo,

basically like automatic time stretching and time compressing whenever you increase or decrease the tempo, does the sample stay synced?? or does the length of the sample stay the same with tempo changes??

another side question, is it possible that akai will fix the chop shop feature in the future so that it doesnt convert chops into mono?

Have you tried Patched Phrase when you chop em up?

There is no realtime timestretch on the 2500.
