sup yall
just seeing if anyone has the same problems as me with their mpc. sometimes when i play my sequences or record to another track, my mpc goes crazy program wise and then teh internal drums go off. i have to go back to track one to set the program to 1 again to get it going. sometimes i have to play start a few times for it to work.
sometimes my korg triton le goes crazy when i change a parameter on midi channel 5 of the korg when my mpc is on channel 4.
when i load recycle files in my mpc, the sequence plays but it sounds like the sounds have been toned down alot...sounds mushy and extremelely low fi.
i guess i am so reliant on it, i have come to deal with these difficulties, but if i am the only one havin to do this, i thiknki might just get a mpc1000
thanks yall

i think it may be program change messages...

when i change patch on my alpha juno it changes the program on my mpc so i either set the midi filter to block program change messages...or if im only using one prgram delete the blank one so there no other programs to change to....

of course could be completely wrong...

yes it is defenitly your triton sendining program change messages, your mpc is not broke also if you have only one program in your mpc and when u load that program use clear instead of load it wont change the program in your mpc when you change parameters in you triton

if you ask me triton needs work on its midi editing features!!
