sam ash music sent me my xl with a busted floppy drive, its a **** when you cant save ANY beats at all. useless.

took 2 months to get another one

then they suspended my account without mailing me a letter, i went to the store to use my card, and they just said my account was closed.

plus its impossible to get a sales reps attention unless you have the money in your hand.

i like to go in there, hop on the electric drums, crank the main amp to max volume and just bang on them to piss people off.

You could have gotten a floppy drive dirt cheap from anywhere to replace the busted one

it was the principle. you dont drop 1500 dollars and then pay for broken parts.

I am going to tell you how to handle them **** and get something else out the deal.

Call them **** and explain the situation to them "calmly"
(knowing you want to curse them **** out)

After explaining the situation without being irate, ask the salesperson to speak to a manager

(the reason, i say speak to the sales rep first is the first thing the manager is going to want to know, are you irate. after he finds out your cool, he will do anything he can to assist if he not ah prick)

Once you get the manager on the line convey to him the importance of having the machine arriving to you fully functional (tell em you missed a big gig or studio time) and explain to him your dissatisfaction with the situation

Now your ready to pose a simple question to the manager,
"What are you willing to do in order to make me a happy customer?"

You should have em by the ballz at this point. He should be offering
to cover for Fed X shipping expenses / Overnight (**** waiting dayz or weeks for dat shit)

Matter fact, if you handle the situation cool enough, they should be throwing in something free (midi cables or whatever) to compensate for your inconveince.

After spending $1,800 them **** should be bending over backwards for you to make up for their mistake


Oh yeah, I wouldn't be trying to hear no shit about we gone repair the machine for you. Funk Dat! You want a new machine!
