zip troubles again

I got a new zip drive... one that doesn't click all the time. Anyways now this one won't format any of my disks. It gets to 94% and then i get a disk is unusable error. I thought my old drive had effed up my disks so I went and bought a 10 pack of Mac formatted disks (all they had) and am trying to reformat them for PC. It's not letting me. Plus I know I'm supposed to go into the tools but when I click on the icon it doesn't do anything. Thanks

All I can advise you to do, is format them in your PC as FAT32......If that aint working, Im not 2sure whats going over there
