Hello All
I am finished making my album and have been going through my songs getting the levels in my mixes right…. But I don’t know a damn thing about EQing. I got this document called the “A” document but it is still a little over my head. I just want to keep the mid ranges of my songs from sounding muddy… because I use a lot of bass and organs…etc in my songs. I also want the bass to still stand out… equivalent to that of Outkast…. I also want to know what type of compression I need to add to individual instruments, vocals and even the final stereo pair before burning to CD. I make a lot of hip-hop/dirty south stuff.
I am mixing my stuff on a Roland vs1880. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
