I NEED A SINE BASS PROGRAM

i would make one myself but i can't get the tone right

Download stomper.  It is a soft synth program that can generate sine waves.  I forgot the website but you can go to www.synthzone.com under samplers to find it.

Keyboard magazine has another free soft synth.  I'm not sure if it can save wav files but I'm sure you can sample it.
