Sampling from vinyl or zip wav file - Which one is better?

hey wats up people.  I got a question, and i would like everyones opinion.  I'm a newbie at beatmaking and i have a 2000xl with the internal zip, and i wanna know wats better....sampling through the zip drive [like having a James Brown wave file and loading it in the mpc] or sampling it on vinyl through a record player.  Wat do u guys suggest?  Wat sounds better?  Thanx in advance for answers. peace[/color]

i would say vinyl, because you have your table hooked up to a mixer and you can adjust the sound with the EQ to make it sound better,with a wave you can't adjust the sound, i guess it depends on if your lookin to save space on your memory.aaggh i still stay vinyl...[/color]
