What features do u want to see in future updates, being mindful that there is no point of trying to add all features from 3.0.

What updates or changes do u think will work in the context of what Akai is looking to do with this alternate MPC EASYMODE OS.

I think make it 8 track and add a basic mixer with maybe two insert fx per track, something very rudimentary

be able do real time pitch shifting like a turntable by using slider during sampling would be great.

a lofi inspired built in synth, nothing deep but just a bunch conventional custom oscilators and the basic subtrative synth setting and a ton of presets. maybe some granualr synth ability also since this is the mpc sample.

I really despise the Akai/Air Synths. Would much rather have a little midi, but nothing crazy. If not all good. The looper works. 8 Tracks would be nice, but if they could just export each pad separately at once it would solve some problems. Those and Normalize. Should be good to go after all that.

Maybe not if they stay away from the grid, the clip launching(which i guess maybe didnt make it to 3.x or did?), the mod matrix, the ridiculous amount of fx, the 8 audio-tracks, the visual eq(which is not accurate), and everything else visual, the step sequencer, the automation, the plugins, or the lousy touch fx, and so forth. I could probably think of more. That's not including hardware differences like ins/outs and such.

There is actually a lot they can leave behind so people can buy the other models if they want em.

Just add a piano roll to the sequencer and that’s pretty much it.
No synths, nothing else.

I just can’t believe they finally listened to me and added that sack rest. Also they took it up a notch and added pumper.

Totally agree.

I mean... you can also take it as people are looking for another DAW in a box... which is probably true... but a lot of folks would never *admit* to it :D

That's what it sounds like with so many request that are already in One+.
1 and done?!

Not everything has to be everything imo.

The more I use this, the more I feel they should add a battery to the MPC One. Battery on the Live 3 seems to make less sense, that thing is relatively big, heavy, and expensive, especially compared to the original Live. Battery MPC One for all those who want all the features combined with portability. MPC Sample kept simple as a sketch pad.

BTW, have to say, sustain looping on this thing is a joy, I assume it has some automatic crossfading built in as it's really easy to quickly set up a click-free loop.
