I've finally bought the P6 at a local store in Barcelona.
I'll probably end up getting me an MPC sample later, but I prefer to wait until the next big firmware update. I think they'll do something to add keygroups, or at least to play chromatic samples properly in the future, with some polyphony at least.
But, as someone wisely said in this forum, you must buy hardware for what it does, not for what it can potentially do in future updates that might never come (*).
Also, I suspect TE will make their move soon (or they'll just be bought by inmusic)... in the meantime, the P6 is a tiny intereting machine to calm the GAS and experiment
