Pad effects click on USB input

I routed Ableton Live to the Sample, by selecting it as an audio interface. The audio is fine (as long as I don't use MIDI clock additionally, see the thread about bugs), but using pad effects on the input generates clicks - it's more prominent on some, like phaser, hi and bandpass filters... I guess the buffering of the input needs micro fades or something.

Actually they do when playing a sequence on the Sample as well, to a lesser extend but there are definitely some artefacts, of the type that are annoying. The Phaser is where it's most prominent, but most effects have some...

Yes indeed... it's the same if I record that audio to a pad (it's some ambient thing with continuous sounds - playing the sample, effects create pops.. too bad!
