I'm trying to. The Sample can work pretty well as a quick, mobile multitracker, and using the standard MPC workflow too (Seq > Song > New Seq). Then recording new whole-pass tracks on top of that, if you want. I've quickly built some good tracks on it so far.
The issue I'm hitting now is the export.
In theory, making multiple copies of the final Seq, muting different parts on each (so that each Seq copy is effectively a solo track), and then hitting Resample for each 'solo' Seq to a new pad will create a stem for each, than you can then import elsewhere.
In practice, I'm starting to hit a storage error ('insufficient space on disc') when I'm doing that. (The SD card is nowhere near full, and that's where I'm saving stuff).
