Hi all,
I tried searching the web for information on this, but unfortunately the naming of 'MPC Sample' gives very generic MPC device related results due to the word sample being so commonly used.
Considering the Sample, by default, provides a relatively limited amount of default Kits, I wanted to see how others are working with keeping it fresh in terms of creating or finding new drum kits?
When the Sample first came out, I noticed that the project file extension is pretty peculiar, making it hard to simply throw in a bunch of audio files and a .json and then have it automatically load correctly on the Sample from my SD Card. This blocked me from manually re-doing some of my existing kits I use on my Live 2.
Manually creating kits by scrolling through files on the Sample is very cumbersome and takes away the fun out of it. It's one thing if I am looking for a main sample I want to chop up, but a whole different ballgame to separately setup the WHOLE drum kit.
