Mpc Sample or Mpc 1000?

Hello, like the title says, I am interested in buying one of the two. Due to my work I am away from home a lot which explains my choice between these models. Only I was wondering if the 1000 has a better sound than the Sample? Thanks in advance!

Get the MPC Sample for true portability and modern convenience, it sounds fine (the MPC1000 sounds fine). Ultimately different machines, there's a lot of stuff that the 1000 can do that the Sample can't and vice versa, but IMO I wouldn't recommend anyone get a 20 year old sampler unless they have very good reason to and are willing to spend time and money keeping it maintained.

Yeah if you wanna choose between two models for me it would be the One or Sample at this point. Unless you really want the batty and speaker function, than a Live 2/3 or a Sample.
