Capshun getz my vote. I'm not feelin the other (porn) track ;)

Anyway like I said earlier (in my Thread where i suggested about BASIC BEAT BATTLING RULES), I only can judge about the beat which sounds better but can't judge about production skills, cause you both didn't use the sample-basis...

i vote for capshuns track. it was better.

good tracks yall....

curious to know what J Troups beat was made on. sounds a little stiff...but some aspects of it are cool wit me.

Capshun- the drums is really knockin on this right here. that loop is sick. and when the vocals come in it's just crazy. EVERYBODY LISTEN UP TO ABOUT 1:20 FOR THE BREAKDOWN

J troupe- these drums were really knockin as well but it's a hard act to follow after capshun's beat

Same here although i think Cap's could have done with a bit more variation.

Troup i liked the beat but didn't like the porn sample, doesn't fit in my opinion. Track had a nice airy sorta feel to it.

Cap....two different types of styles, but I chose Caps simply because it is something I would prefer to hear....

both have great stuff .. but that porn sound in j troups track .. i wasnt
feelin that .. nice beats by both producers ... but i went cap ..i liked the sample he used ..

I voted for cap.

Cap: Nice beefy drum sounds. I would have like to hear a little more variations in the drum pattern, but then again, it's just a battle I guess. I liked that sample, and the vocal part was sick.

J Troupe: Kinda sounded like a porn soundtrack to me with that vocal sample going the whole time. The drum sounds were aight, but maybe sounded a little thin. I didn't like that synth pad sound (the sweeping thing). The whole thing sounded kinda 80's rock to me.

i liked both tracks.

caps had the nice drums over the sample but the fact that he didnt keep it interesting at all in terms of variation was kinda dissapointing when i took into consideration the polish of the track.

troup had a nice feel to it and really geared for for the club with this one but the porn sample was a bit much to be honest but the thing that kinda made this track lose appeal over time was the lack of a bassline. that final element i was lookin for never came. that woulda took me there.


it's not an easy vote but cap had a slightly more memorable track to be honest. great work from you both. the fit and finish was high quality.

Just one thing...when you hear this one in the club...AND PEOPLE WILL, ESPECIALLY IN PHILLY, and the hoes are going nuts and running to the floor, you just remember what you said today and SIT YOUR ASSES DOWN. Don't try to get any ass to this track. Because it's "not your style"...

Wait until a 9th Wonder joint comes on, and then go get up on some hoes.

to me this beat sounded like I walked in sam ash, went up to a rompler and played the "hip hop" preset track..
