very different from his usual stuff, and while i do agree that the drum programming could be tightened up a little bit, it wouldn't take much. i like his other beats, but this one holds its own as an instrumental as well. good work.

as for effort in mine, yeah it's definitely not my most indepth work. more of fun and experimentation. working in an unfamiliar time sig really throws you off, esp if you don't come from a musical background. i was beatboxing six eight stuff before i had any clue that it was different from 4/4, etc. this was the first trial run.

all in all this is a fun little battle, thank you guys for checking this stuff out. i'll have more coming up soon.

yeah i admit the drums in my ish need major tightening up, but originally this track was some Hardcore/punkrock sh*t haha, dont ask me how it turned into this sh*t. i had fun though, and it looks like your winning fam.

d- i was down for the most part. i love that appocolyptic shyt. something in there caught me a little off gaurd. would have maybe enjoyed a little clarity at one point in there as a break. nice beat though.

it looks like both of you stepped a little outside of your comfort zones ffor these beats and for that i commend you.
