Some suggestions:
1) select 5-11 respected members to judge, need odd number to prevent tie and at least 1 should be a moderator.
Everyone would be free to make comments but we aren't trying to elect a president just share, so you need to have a small honest core of voters .
2) you should only allow a person to enter one track and they shouldn't be able to hear the tracks others submit until all have been submitted.
One the voters have closed the submissions then they can be heard by all for comments and opinions.
This is a battle so you should bring your best track not best excuse, choose your weapon and then use it.
You shouldn't be listening to what someone submitted and trying to do better, bring us your own inspiration or stay home.
3) taughting would be acceptable, challenging someone to submit would be acceptable but respect would be a requirement. Loss respect you get thrown out the game.
4) tracks should be limited to 60sec, that's more time than an AR person would give you to shine so no long intro, get to the heat.
Would make them quicker for people to hear because they are small MP3's, but get you quality up to the best you can, if it can be heard that helps a lot for your case.
5) if it was at least made in 2005 don't submit it, that Nah that was some of my old sh*t you should hear the new stuff aint gonna work as an excuse
6) Tutor could Pin you name to the top of the forum for 30 because you were the winner

Just some suggestions, but you can't play a game without some rules.

these are some good rules.

real shht!
