intro to stan's is cool i like the stutter into the beat. that's pretty nice.

i don't like all the synths, but it works.
but the melodies work better than djt's piano. craftmanship is better in stan's too.

djt i think you need to spend more time on these beats. however there were a few moments when i was grooving. think the keys were pretty weak though...it's just obvious that stan put more into this

DJ-Ts had more to it but a lot of the notes don't fit musically in my opinion. There's more to this beat. Like the seconf piano part but the first just doesn't fit.

Technically Steez's is a lot better though, the sounds fit together better and it's structured nicer. Could do with more prominent change ups.

It's close but i'm gonna go with Steez.

BTW T, you should really stop using that time excuse! In your first post it gives off the vibe that the 'only 3 hours' part is some kind of achievement but when you get knocked it's flipp[ed round and it's like 'i could have done better with more time'

You fail to understand Spirez, It don't take two and three weeks to come up with a track! I'm not putting up any excuse or coming off like some first time producer! I wouldn't put none of this material on the markett , this is just for fun! I like to push my self in doing a track! in less time just to see how it comes out,and for one I don't get paid for this! so that's just an opinion that flows in one ear out the other. Oh yeah who do you know (Keyboard player)that hit every note on key? Even the best hit's a bad note most of the time,that's part of the human feel etc........less time makes you think and use what you got at that moment!!!! lol it's all good!


PS. and know it's not mixed down and master,just straight raw and flaws

i do. because i care. dont fool yourself into that human feel myth that's floating around the cove of lazy producers that dont try to fix events. if i gotta play something 30 times to get the take... that's what i do because i care that much. human feel is NOT about wrong notes... it's about a sense of timing that's more emotive and organic than what grid quantinization gives you. living for as long as you can outside of the quantinizer while playing the right thing is part of the human feel. if you cant play that well and you eff up and kept it.. just say that. dont make up stuff to justify the fact you aint wanna do the take over again. keep grinding brotha. one day you wont need excuses.

T if you read again i don't mean that you've hit a note accidently here and there, i do the same thing.

I'm not down with music theory yet so might not be using the right terminology, i mean the key of certain parts doesn't fit with the key of others. Eg the key/note whatever og the piano piece doesn't fit harmoniously with the sample.

I would have to go with steez, cause it sounded like a more cohesive track. What's up with the sounds though? Both those beats were wack because of that.
