A wise man once said the answer is in the search button.

Really dawg, kats aint gonna dish out the answer since you aint bother reading the Newbie letter head about question such as yours which has been answered a million time and is in the search.

I will give you a little help. I know nothing about Fruity Loops. But hit Shift+9 on the MPC and sync your MPC channel to Midi Clock. Exit and make sure the Midi cabel to whateva MPC midi channel in is connect to your CPU midi interface OUT. Go into Fruity Loops and look in options, Hardware/Software set up and set Fruity Loops as the master by syncing it to the MPC through the Midi Clock. Make sure you main sound card is activated for the Audio in to record for your tracks.

And that's it.......... Anymore questions hit that search button cuz there is a gold mine of answers laying around this site for what your asking.
