Be careful.
My unit doesn't boot after I've installed the 5.21.
Have sent a bug report. Reverting back to 5.20 worked just fine though.

v5.21 loaded fine.
Even loaded it several times since I was trouble shooting a MIDI data problem related to my ION and was trying see if any Akai or JJ OS's could reduce the stream.
I always load every update Akai or JJ both ways
1. BOOT OPEN WINDOW
2. LOAD reBOOT
just to see if it actually makes a difference.

man i just finally found the mode+pad 11 feature now that comes in handy....Iv'e been in logic latley.

It was on, avg 4. Unload 5.21 put 5.20 on then reloaded 5.21 seems to be fine now

i just reported a bug which i had reported months ago with one of the older OS's that still hasn't been fixed.
when Mute/stop of one-shot sample is set to IMMEDIATE and a long sample begins in the middle of the sequence (say at 02.01.00), it gets muted every time the sequence goes back to 01.01.00. so if you have a two bar loop and you start it at 02.01.00, it plays from 02.01.00 - 03.01.00, but from 01.01.00 - 02.01.00, there's nothing.
