Question about "sample straight to pad"-function.

What up,

If I understood correctly, you can now take slices straight to pads in sampling mode?

My question is will this work in all 4 pad banks?

(I do not own the 5k)

First...what are you waiting for....go and get yourself one

In Record Sample Mode, you can assign newly recorded 'samples' to the active program in all 4 pad banks. You can do the same in Trim Mode.

sounds pretty awesome.. And this is a feature that isnt on any other mp?

This feature is an MPC first.

its actually very very handy as well

Is this also on JJ OS For MPC 1000/2500?

Note to Akai: In the next update, it would seriously shut it DOWN, if you could also shift+pad and assign whatever you have highlighted in Trim mode. That'd pretty much be a hardware Edison VST feature......godlike.

That is just one of the features from "Askia's Feedback" thread I would like to see added to the Trim Mode.
