most of the stuff he has if off breaks, have a few of those he used.

plug in's is what I suspect

some kind of inflator(sonnox?), coupled with a limiter maybe?, EQ

most of his drums sound the same (to me), a chopped break with heavy plugs (probably the same chain of plugs)

I think so too, I got his broken wax EP. He seems to be riding Dilla's coat tails however that works... Someone dubbed him his "understudy" or something?? Not to say he's totally unskilled or lacks talent, that video above shows he can do nice beat outlines in little time which is a skill we should all strive to build. I just think he is overrated.
