HELP! New MPC 1000 User - MANY QUESTIONS (logic, midi, etc.)

I have been searching through forums all over and cannot comprehend how to take my beats that I have made on my MPC 1000 and put them on my computer through Logic Pro or Ableton or Reason or Garageband or anything else.

- I have an MPC 1000
- I have a Mac Blackbook with OS X 10.5
- I have a M-Audio Fast Track Pro
- I have a MIDI to USB M-Audio Cable, Digital Coaxial cables, USB Cables, etc.
- I have Logic 8 Pro, Ableton Live 6 Lite (M-Audio version), Reason, Garageband, etc.

I got Logic synced with my MPC but can't understand how to lay down a track. Basically I want to take all the beats I've made on my MPC 1000 and put them on my computer into high-quality audio files (to burn CDs, upload MP3's, etc.).

I don't have anyone to physically show me hands-on and I really want to get started. Please don't refer me to other topics because I've probably read them and they haven't been helpful specifically to me.

I'm asking for some honest simple help. Thank you.

yes of course, right away. we will tell you how its done, and you wont have to wonder any more. never mind about reading that help file or manual, we have it covered. thats what the forum here is for by the way... we take all the work out of it and fast forward you to the end product! you dont have to do anything, just sit back and let us explain it all in detail so you can spoon it up. you might be the next kanye west after all, we dont wanna deny you the guidance you deserve! im so glad i was able as a n00b to just stand up and ask for the whole burrito, and its awesome that all the people who knew what was what just showed me everything i needed to know! the mystery was gone. i could then just get up on stage and perform at the grammys as a n00b! thanks to the people who knew it all, now i know it all and my musical career has been excellent ever since! man life is so good when all you have to do is have someone else tell you how.

This question has been asked a few times in the last couple of weeks. I doubt you searched very hard. I wont tell you exactly how to do it but Ill give you a hint. Resample Main Outs.

i've read the manuals and understand a majority of it. as far as working between my mpc and the software i'm really incompetent. i'm not looking for a hand out. i appreciate the help.

you might have the manuals to your daw's if you didn't pirate them. so obviously you can read a torrent website enough to get what you want.
