wattup, i skimmed thru the manual before i posted this so dont flame me if i missed it...

lets say i have sample A and B... both set on "note off"... and i have 4 bars at 90 bpm.

the samples sound good when i combine them at the end, meaning a smooth transition when i hold sample A and at the right moment insert B... and same goes from B to A...

but on the MPC between the time 4.4.00 and 1.00.00, when i play it back, there is a empty space where both samples are to be played together for the "Transition"....

i tried to turn quantize off but there is still that space...

anyway to get rid of that??? i can elaborate more or provide more detailed info.

thanks a lot.

sorry haven't made any music in almost 6 months let alone used a MPC, and my last MPC was a 60.

this happens to me on the classic..not sure what you're using, you didnt specify..if it is the classic..

try setting both Sample A and B to MONO, then hit WINDOW when your cursor is on mono, and set Sample A to mute off Sample B, and set Sample B to mute off Sample A..

try recording it that way..
