Scrambled Sounds With Programs????

Has this happened to any one of you? I got a test folder with every thing in it. I save program with sounds
always some programs are ok. Other programs crossing sounds automatically????in my mpc also the song mid that I load Is there a way to solve this problem please let me know.

Ok say I just made a program with sounds named it. Then I made 4 sequences Intro,verse,hook,outro! Then I go to song mode make the song the 5th. Later I come back to load up the program and the song mid. My original sounds are mixed up with others sounds from different programs. Also my song mid sequence that I saved. Let me know if you can follow this man? Any one I need help I don't wish this on my worst enemy. because when I try to retrieve some programs the sounds are mixed on my pads. On others they are not. It sucks I might lose damn good songs because of this hemroid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
